Pasa Puchah Guthi, U.K. was formed in November 2000. It means we have at last a guthi to fulfill the needs of the Newa community in U.K. We hope all new members, young and old, men and women, boys and girls from all areas of U.K.can put their point through the website and the newsletter published quarterly and be able to participate and contribute to this guthi. We hope suggestions in areas of social welfare, recreational activities, etc .

GUTHI'S AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

PPG (Pasa Puchah Guthi, UK) will not be linked to any politics, religion or dogma.

To introduce and enhance and further the Newa culture within members, Nepalese community and others in U.K.

To provide welfare and support system.

To develop a link with other Newa puchahs, Nepalese and non-Nepalese socIeties with similar interests in U.K. and abroad.

To keep up with developments in Nepal on currents issues.

To organise talk programmes related to Newa throughout the year.

To celebrate special dates in Newa year.

To develop and promote Newa literature through publications.

To provide information about Nepal.
